Loved how close this place is to Masjid Nabwi! 😍 The staff were super helpful, but I did struggle with noisy elevators and the knocking sound late at night. Still a decent experience for a family stay.

There were significant issues during the stay, including a faulty door lock that required a clever workaround. The room condition left much to be desired, with wet floors and an unpleasant ambiance, compounded by a dirty bathroom that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. Housekeeping standards seem neglected, and breakfast service restrictions were confusing, leading to missed meals.

The location of Mirage Al Salam is unbeatable, just a quick five-minute walk to Masjid al Nabawi. Great restaurants and shops are right around the corner. The room itself, a Twin Room, had ironing facilities and air conditioning, which made our stay much more comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy, but we faced issues with the room not being cleaned automatically during our stay. Also, while the breakfast had solid options, it wasn’t as impressive as some of the other hotels I’ve been to. Despite the room being decent, it did have an old smell that could have been addressed and some furnishings appeared outdated. Still, the convenience of the location really made up for the downsides.

my stay at mirage al salam was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the masjid nabawi. the breakfast had plenty of delicious options, which really exceeded my expectations compared to previous stays in the city.

The Family Room with Bathroom was comfy enough for our one-night stay. The welcome was warm, and we got early check-in, which was a nice touch.
